Rachel is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in Myotherapy, Myofascial Energetic Massage, Biomechanical Restructuring, Spa Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish Massage, Chair Massage, and Reiki. She also practices Eden Energy Medicine and has training as a cranial sacral and polarity practitioner.
I have dealt with chronic pain in my hips and lower back for twenty years. I have tried chiropractic care, medical doctors, medications, and had a massage membership with Massage Envy for 5 years. Nothing ever truly helped, and without anti-inflammatory medication, I could barely move. I have been seeing Rachel as my massage therapist for 2 years. Within 6 months, the muscles in my lower back began to soften, they were like bars previously with no movement, and with her work and advice on stretching routines, I have improved exponentially. I no longer take any medication on a regular basis, and my quality of life has dramatically improved. I have seen many massage therapists before Rachel, but none of them were able to give me the therapeutic care that she has. I will always be grateful and refuse to see anyone else.
