The Approach
In practicing massage, Rachel meets your muscle’s resistance, providing relief and a pressure that works best for you without causing further pain and inflammation. She accommodates your requests for light to deep pressure while working hard to help your muscles find balance. Rachel will help you stretch your muscles during your massage and can provide stretches to practice after your session to promote relief from your everyday stressors. Also available during your session is aromatherapy, relaxing eye covers, hot towels, and reflexology during a thorough foot massage.
